Over the weekend 23. / 24. of January 2010 Georg and I spent two sunny days at the tweedy Hotel Post at Realp close to Andermatt at the Urner Alps in Switzerland.

On Saturday morning we left Immenstaad at 5 AM to catch the first ferry to Konstanz to be at the right time on the sunny day in Realp.

The tour today took us up to the Rotondo Hut and further on to the Rottällihorn, 2913 m from where we had a great powder downhill back to Realp.

As we arrived in the valley we have been invited to the roofing ceremony of the new train workplace of the steam club in Realp. Two guys showed us around and we have been able to climb on old steam train.

The next day we went up to the Chli Bielenhorn, 2940 m with almost another 1.500 m altitude on the second day. On the downhill back to Realp we had a brake at the Hotel Tiefenbach for a cold refreshing drink and some birds on the roof who tried to kill us with roof avalanche .-)
