On Wednesday afternoon we started together with Timo and Gislind our ride up to Hamburg. It almost took us 7 hours to arrive at Timo's sisters apartment in Hamburg where we stayed the first night. On Thursday we started lazy and walked around the Alster to an Italian Restaurant close to Bodo's work where we met Andreas & Nils, Sandra and off course Bodo. We enjoyed a chatty lunch together and afterwards Sandra drove us to the Schanze from where we walked back to the city center, passed Timo's old neighbor and some shopping streets. We came back to Timo's sisters place and had a quick dinner with jummy toasts and said good bye to Timo and Gislind on the way to Hanna and Hans-Werner in Kaltenkirchen.
Friday, after a long chatty breakfast with Hanna Anouk and I drove towards the Elbe where we walked through Glücksstadt, enjoyed a lunch at the market place and found a lovely handicapped people shop where we spent some time before we started a long walk on the dike with many cheeps and ships driving up and down the Elbe.
Saturday we spent the whole day on the island Poel and afterwards in Wismar with walking along the beach, paying money to get on the beach and walked through the lovely town of Wismar together with Hanna, Hans-Werner and Joos. On the way back we did a break at Hanna's sister to say hi and spent the evening together there.
Sunday morning we enjoyed a long breakfast out in the garden, talked a lot and went for a hike, because the traffic back to the south have been so bad with many traffic jams with up to 80 KM. Finally we had to go back around 4 PM and arrived after a long ride in the rain back in Stuttgart around midnight.
