Skiing in Serfaus was just great and we have been really lucky with the beautiful weather for almost all days of this week. Charlotte, Knaui and I met Anne, Markus, Bob and Jule on Saturday night in Serfaus at our holiday flat and we all enjoyed the yummy cheeses and sausages from France and Switzerland of Jule and Bob. Sunday have been our first skiing day and Charlotte started with her snowboard lessons.
During the next days we enjoyed the time, the lovely weather and the great snow conditions in the area and at night we always cooked yummy dishes like Pasta, Linsen & Spätzle, Risotto and many things more. On Thursday I had to leave for me next event the skitouring course at the Jamtal hut.
