This year I have not been in a good shape but I made it and finished the Bern Grand Prix 2009 in 1:36.46. This year has been the first time that I was running by myself, I've just met Jule short before the run for a short talk. Anouk and Marietta made a great support at the trail and cheer me forward up the Aargauerstalden toward the finishing.
The day's we spent by Carlotta and Andi again with a lot of talks and updates from our traveling.
