On Thursday we finally arrived in San Pedro de Atacama after a long stay at the border to Bolivia. We had to wait almost 3 hours to got picked up by the bus and it was freezing cold there. The bus took us down to S. Pedro and there we had to go through the customs and immigration with another hour, too. S. Pedro is a small sandy and nice town with a lot of cafes and travel agencies. We already had a reservation at the hostal Incahuasi a little bit out of the city.
On Friday we started lazy and took a tour to the Moon Valley and the surroundings at 3pm which have been really nice and the sunset up there was just great with the view to the Andes Mountain Range with the many Volcanoes.
