We have been really lucky all the days up at the Coaz hut. The weather was just fabulous and we did a lot of rescue training and have been able to go for two day tours up to the Piz Glüschaint and the Piz Chapütschin with 3.386 m.

The rescue training and the ice climbing have been really helpful to get used to the chronology of the several stems we have to do in a emergency. On the second day we almost came into the situation to use the steps we've learned on the day before, because on a crevasse bridge on the way down from the Piz Glüschaint I almost broke through the bridge - it was an interesting experience!

The other days we did much more training how to use the climbing irons, how to do ice climbing and on the last day we climbed up to the Piz Chamütschin with beautiful views around the Bernina Alps and up there we have been able to see the Monte Rose and the Mont Blanc mountains in the far distance.
