The Cooking Class at Aldea Yanapay Restaurant was great, the chef cooked us 7 great dishes and we have been able to follow him from the bar within all steps he did and finally we could enjoy the delicious meals he cooked! To bad, that we haven't been able to give our hands and cook this lovely peruian dishes by ourselfs.
